Desulphurizer for fruit juices and nectars, soft drinks, syrups and infusions


New generation concentrators and desulphurators have been realized in order to produce in big quantities but with low costs production.

With low energy cost the plant realizes the elimination of almost all the sulphur dioxide, both free or combined, from juices.

Thanks to rational technological concepts and to modern instrumentation, these plants have an easy functioning principle.

All models have thermal recovery to cool the concentrate and preheat the incoming juice.

A “Flash-Cooler” system can be provided upon request.

All models are cooled with tower water.

The cleaning operation is carried out by means of a specially designed circuit (CIP).
